The biggest shortage will be the all digital PS5. Sony is already selling the system at a loss but the loss for that model is HUGE! And if we exclude the value of Xbox Game Pass it makes almost no sense to get Series S for $300 when you can get a PS5 digital for $400.

Depends how much you value framerate. I’m tempted to upgrade from PS4 pro because i’ve been meaning to replay God of War 4 and it would be glorious at 60 fps instead of 30... though out of the box to do that means it would run at 1080p with uncapped framerate but IMO hdr + 60 fps > resolution in overall image quality
