I get your point, but Elon is an employee at the company. He did not solely create that value.  He is a CEO, so he probably did less actual work on the product than anyone else.  He was just in position to negotiate a pay package that no one else could have, hence the lawsuit and victory.

I looked it up. $50 Billion is more money than Tesla has made in net profits since its inception. Not in a year. In the entire 20 year history, if you combine all of the net profit, it still is not $50B.

In almost all other companies, Elon would likely be fired. He wouldn’t be allowed to have 5 jobs and not focus on the company.

No, the problem is that you do not understand the law. He got the correct penalty for the crime of this nature. He will go to counseling and get rehabilitated as the legal system deems fit. He did not get away with it. He was penalized. 

You don’t understand the law. Misdemeanor Assault almost never results in jail time. He got what he should have gotten. The sentence is fair.
