He’s been acting 30 years, and he has 103 acting credits. If you worked 30 years as a teacher, you’d be ready to retire, and it’s the same with acting. At the end of the day, it’s a job.  It's time you spend away from family and things you want to do, because you need money.

It’s not surprising. I live in Georgia, and Georgia is not really a swing state. It’s a Red State that hates Trump. Brian Kemp, the Governor, won in basically a landslide. It speaks to how terrible Walker was as a candidate.

...and it should go away. It doesn’t really matter if you accept the apology. She apologized. That’s your way of whatabouting to continue to hold a grudge.

This whole thing is stupid. Letitia Wright is an actress, not a medical professional. She was simply wrong as so many people were at that time. It’s not baggage or controversy. It was a mistake that she apologized for and people should let it go.

Probably not much. The whole Crypto scam is unregulated, isn’t it?  Theranos was under the SEC and had fraudulent statements. FTX didn’t actually defraud anyone as they didn’t guarantee deposits.

Are you sure? I’ve often heard that hardly any money is made off the album as the production and marketing eat up all the money. Used to be that the artist could expect about $.07 per dollar made per album. The vast majority of the money artists make is from touring, because they keep all the money less your expenses.

Yes, habit. I’ve laughed off hurtful things before, because it’s what you’re supposed to do when someone is being a jerk to you trying to be funny. I did it a lot in middle school and high school, because it was cool to be an asshole. Then I stopped laughing and started telling people that I didn’t like it, and I

“Just because she’s a successful Black woman who exists in the hip-hop world, Meg is constantly being forced to fight multiple battles on multiple fronts.”

I said Will was wrong. I said it was understandable and forgiveable. We don’t disagree there.

Are you equally upset at Chris Rock’s toxic masculinity?

Black Panther made $681M internationally, and is the 14th highest grossing film ever. What amount would make it a global phenomenon?

I would have the exact same thoughts. I would think the slapper was wrong, but the motivations we’re understandable. I would think Chris Rock is a jerk whose brand of comedy isn’t cool. I would think that the whole thing is silly and we should move on.

LOL. Do you live in America?

I am the grown up. Will Smith made a mistake. He slapped a guy who insulted his wife, and he has apologized multiple times for it. He has gotten his punishment from the Academy and accepted it. He should have long been forgiven and this should be in the rearview mirror. People have been forgiven for a whole lot worse

#TeamWill. I’m fine with Chris Rock, but he did Will dirty. He got out of pocket, talked about another man’s wife, and he got smacked. If someone had done the same to his wife/girlfriend, he would’ve been mad too.

Here’s the definition:

The fake intellectual vibe is strong in the comments.

The reality is that Kanye was never really a Billionaire to begin with. A future deal isn’t really an asset. That’s like saying that someone is a millionaire, because they make 100,000 and will get paid $1M over 10 years.
