According to the stunt driver the rollover in Casino Royale was the most dangerous stunt he ever performed. They tried to get the car to flip and the car just wouldn’t do it. So they put an explosive under the car to cause the flip.

Not necessarily. I have a friend who was at fault in an accident a few years ago that resulted in a death. My understanding is that there was never even talk of him being charged. There was a civil case but never a criminal case.
