Poor marketing, if the goal is to lure away Netflix customers. Netflix customers hate ads. Offer a sweet (if temporary) deal on the ad-free tier and this would be far more effective.

I haven’t had crashes, and I just hit mute during the commercials. I’m not paying extra, especially when some content STILL has commercials on that plan.

Works for me. I was planning to resubscribe to Hulu in time for Runaways. Also ever since they stole Xena and Buffy away from Netflix.

None of this is surprising to me; and I agree that she probably, genuinely does not think her comments were racist. However, you always have to remind certain whypipo, that it’s very likely that such things would not have been said about a white person (in this case a white opponent)...and that’s what makes it racist.…

The Quicker Fucker Upper

So, seriously, I know we’re 10 months in but how often do the rest of you have one of those “Oh right, Donald Fucking Trump is the President of the United States” moments? It happens to me less often now but still, you know, once or twice a week. The guy they used to make fun of in Bloom County, the guy Ali G screwed…

This week completely broke me. The events in Puerto Rico and vegas make me so profoundly sad and depressed.

Fun fact: apparently Schulz made this comic after his Studio also burned down in a fire. If this was true, I feel like it conveys more of Schulz’s feelings because he does relate more to Snoopy than any other Peanuts character.

Just need to point out that, once again, white dude killing dozens of innocent people, but the “Muslim Ban” is what’s going to keep us all safe.

Especially because he served 15 months of a 3 year sentence - what he means of course is that some people won’t let him forget his horrendous crimes, which is just so unfair, right?!
