I like privacy and zero drama too much to not unfriend people with extreme prejudice. Do we never interact? Unfriend. Do we have the kind of philosophies which will never see eye to eye, the sort which will polarize our relationship? Unfriend. Are we coworkers, instead of coworkers who are also friends? Unfriend.

I'll allow Julia if we can swap George out with Lupita.

Have you ever tried Sock Dreams? They have sections for both men's socks and socks for larger feet, plus they do free shipping and pretty detailed size breakdowns.

NOPE.

They aren't, necessarily. The adopted persona which typically comes with them, however, along with the baggage of harking back to ~*a nobler, better time*~ (for white men) tends to make them unattractive by association.

Zeus??

What a goddamn embarassment of a tabloid.

In a recent survey, 42 percent of shoppers said how something looks on a mannequin influences whether they decide to buy it.

I think I covered some ideas on the io9 version of this post awhile back, but do recall imagining Cruella to smell like expensive perfume, cigarettes and warm puppy fur.

I disagree re: mental normalcy. Clearly, it takes an impassioned idiot to send death threats to an actress for doing her job (that is, playing a character which, as FIbona mentions, is in the damned source material).

Oh, yes. I don't recall my own mother doing the hand-to-face skin tightening like that, but she sure as hell did the wide eyes and open mouth.

There are aspects of Reddit which occasionally makes me want to firebomb the damn place, but I also think that's just become a place for assholes to glad-hand and congregate, rather than it being a primary spawning ground. I think it's the no consequences anonymity of the internet which breeds hateful bags of dicks.

Ha! I used to be on scorpion duty, as well, so I feel ya. Yes to Girl Scouts, though they definitely had nothing to do with the fondness for spiders and snakes.

You can let them know that there are approximately half a dozen Americans who love Robbie, and I know them all.

Sooooo... common sense, then?

Exactly. Spiders eat all the awful things. They're our friends, guys!

I'm the designated spider-remover in my household, and my friends' households. Suck it, patriarchy.

Iman was my dream casting, but I always tried to balance my crazy fantasies with vague possibilities, and so I wasn't sure if she could act. But hell, let's go all-out.

I love Lupita and want her to be the next President of the World, but can't we just de-age Angela Bassett by a couple of years and have her take over as Storm? Bassett is incredible and I'm an X-Men fangirl, but I feel like Lupita is destined for greater things.

I clicked on this link about a "bus full of bunnies" because I thought it meant literal rabbits overflowing from a vehicle, but it's Playboy bunnies :(
