Multiple news outlets are now reporting the man was indeed armed and a weapon was recovered from the scene. That certainly doesn’t mean he was a threat or acting in a threatening manner. I really hope there is some video of what happened, eyewitness reports are very unreliable.

I’m also hoping Logitech is smart enough to keep the Saitek name on the box, something like a Saitek by Logitech. If they do that and fix the quality issues Mad Catz screwed up, they can’t lose.

Oh God yes... the x55 and x56 were/are so bad. The quality control is horrible. About 2 years ago Logitech was going to bring back the G940, but the tooling was damaged beyond usability. I'm really hoping Logi takes the x56, fixes the QA, fixes the software and runs with it.
