This very much feels like a “buy two games for a discount” thing and not a Switch Online subscription perk. I don’t even know if I’ll be buying two 60 dollar games from Nintendo in the next 12 months, the only game I know I’ll want to get is the Zelda remake. 

I want a switch in my pocket, anything other than that is a disappointment. 

My personal theory is that this is Sakurai’s way of telling competitive Smash players to shut up and play some free for all.

Sounds great, now when my internet is down I can be pissed off about not being able to browse the web OR play videogames. 

I absolutely want a Switch Pocket. It doesn’t even need to have detachable joycons, instead it could go with a clamshell design with a wide screen covering the top and buttons and sticks covering the bottom. Sure there would be a few games it couldn't play because of this but not many.
