Holy Crap. I about spit my soda all over my monitor. Hysterical.
I really love their videos' blend of music and digital media. It's as if these girls were born right out of the computer. Although I wish they had a western choreographer. They have a lot of dancing talent but it seems squandered by poor choreography.
So, in other words, CC(C)P can't directly compete with the player based economy so since they are big daddy government (in essence) they place pricing and supply constraints on a product so they can enhance their bottom line in an otherwise free and open capitalistic environment.
I've had family member do this. I've had a family member get drunk and jump in the shallow end of a pool and break his neck. He was nearly paralyzed for 3 years and still has issues to this day. The entire family classified it as him being an asshole and not just a stupid mistake.
It's not S2's job to give you a detailed explanation of the ins-and-outs of what transpired. Their responsibility lies in telling you that due to unforseen technical problems the game is unplayable and they're doing everything they can to remedy the situation. So game review sites should form a cartell against developers? Whatever. How about developers focus on making quality games and reviewers focus on writing quality reviews and let the market decide who wins and who fails. It's quite simple.

Fascinating article into video game analysis!
No Birth of the Federation Part Deux?
I love Trek, grew up on Trek, Trek warms my heart. I loved Abram's film. There are few movies that when the credits start to roll I want to immediately watch it again—Star Trek hit that spot for me.
It also depends on what you play and how often. Say you play two games a month at around 10 hours a week. That comes to about 3 dollars per hour of entertainment. Cheaper than going to the movies.
