Does that app actually work well? I played around with a 360 controller and a similar app (for the 360 controller), and getting it to work was a pain and a half, not to mention it was super buggy.

I thought I was the only one! I thought I read somewhere a while back that they had increased videos because more people like them. Personally, I'd rather read unless the visual is more important than the information. I even have to fight back the urge to skip text in video games where you can advance the text because

I really like a lot about Ni No Kuni, but I put it down for a while and haven't been able to bring myself back into. When I stopped, I had just switched familiars, and realized that no they're hopelessly underleveled for the next area...and grinding them up to a reasonable level isn't really making me excited to play

The problem I have with DLC tends to be that good DLC (or at least well reviewed, I rarely play them) comes out for games that already have way too much content. I'll never finish everything in Skyrim; the idea of paying money for MORE content I'll never reach is crazy. I enjoyed Mass Effect 3, but I'm done with it

Do you mean profound in the sense of popular or in the sense of having great insight? Because it's always been pretty popular I thought, it's just the people who played it as kids grew up and are still playing it.

Man, I'm self-conscious enough just using my 3DS at Best Buy to get the free Animal Crossing item. I have to go into some isolated corner of the store where no one is watching before I whip it out...at least if you're streetpassing at a school, you don't have to physically whip it out, because you get enough contact

It's definitely really exciting when I actually get one. I suppose if I got twenty a day it wouldn't be nearly as cool. But it would still be cool to check out all the new houses in Animal Crossing and be able to buy their things...

I think I read something about that too. It would sure be nice for me, and I bet businesses would love people visiting them just to get the streetpasses.

Thanks for the advice! I might actually try that, because whenever I get an Animal Crossing streetpass it makes me really happy that I can go catalogue all that person's stuff, haha.

I need to get to some conventions so I can actually streetpass some people. I never get streetpasses! I have like three total in the 2–3 months I've owned my 3DS. And keep in mind, that's considering I brought my 3DS with me everywhere when I first got it because I was all like "I'll streetpass people!"

And also, thank you for reminding me that SMT IV should arrive in the mail soon. :D

Good point! Maybe I should save my $30 for that too. Although, honestly, I'll probably be impatient and get some Mario game.

Can't you set parental controls, so that you need a password to buy M rated games? I think it prompted me to set one up when I set up my 3DS.

I always thought the guy who kept saying he wanted to be my roommate was just creepy...but maybe there's something a little bit more sinister going on...

That has no right to be as funny as it is, but I am dying of laughter.

How much can it really affect things, overall? I mean if you're past the early stages of the game, you probably have 2–3 rooms at least, and people don't fill all three rooms with Nintendo items / gyroids, do they? I just have one room dedicated to all my Nintendo stuff (mostly because I figure they're all the same

Feel free to add my friend code and track me down when I'm playing: Sumada; 1177-7284-1244.

I'm waiting on Monaco too! I'm holding out on Rogue Legacy until the forthcoming Mac version hits, though.

I haven't played all of those games you mentioned, but I'm not sure I can recommend Persona to you 100% based on the general sentiment you have. Don't get me wrong, I love Persona 3 and 4. But they're very much JRPGs, and the combat portion is dungeon crawling, which is sort of old-school and can occasionally be

I don't think I'm sick of the whole game though, just sick of beetles! I still like doing all the other random things that happen, and seeing new stuff that shows up in town. Plus, acquiring money more slowly gives me something to look forward to in the future.
