Gah, I'm sorry for the double-post. :(

Well, I'm not an expert and I'm open to being corrected if someone knows more than I do. But I'm not convinced by this article that the two things are related enough that it matters.

But it isn't about copyright law, it is about trademark law. Not that I really disagree with your point otherwise, but they aren't the same...

But does the overbroadness of Mojang's trademark application (why do you call it a patent application in the middle of the article? #corrections ?) have anything to do with whether or not it infringes Zenimax's trademark?

I forget that battle, but sometimes I used a two medic paradigm. Usually bosses don't go full out all the time, they have some really big burst phase or attack, and when that comes switch to SEN/MED/MED or something like that to turtle through it, then flip back to something offensive.

And it isn't covered in obnoxious stickers that make the box look lame if you care at all about how your boxes look. :(

If the rule ends up meaning I'm going to be comparing the size of something on my desk to a google image picture of a breadbox, then I think that qualifies as flawed.

I like this article.

2.5 sounds like preliminary injunction language. I don't know much about Swedish law, but I think preliminary injunctions involve weighing the potential for irreparable harm and whether the injunction will harm the defendant. So, based on your translation 2.5 is saying that they need a preliminary injunction because

I dunno, it doesn't look out of context to me.

...the bible really says that? Man, I can never believe some of the things that are in books people worship.

I get what you're saying, I'm just not sure I agree with the principle. I don't think anyone was asking for touch screens either, but they work well enough (despite the loads of bad stuff for smartphone platforms, there are lots of good touch-screen games between phones and the DS).

No video game is necessary; the best video games are precisely the ones we didn't know we wanted. Portal is one of my favorite games this generation, in large part because of GLaDOS and the atmosphere of the game, which as far as I understand was basically an afterthought added to the game that was based on Narbacular

So would a vertical drop into a volcano be called a hellivator?

That's pretty similar to my playthrough. I put a chain of mines in both the hallways and then hacked the turret. I hid behind a wall the whole time and none of them made it through.

I'd like to finish Deus Ex, but I have forcibly separated myself from my gaming (as you can see, with little success) so I can actually get some work done. :(

I'm not really questioning that it is true, I'm questioning that who was to blame really matters. :/

Seems like it is becoming the new cool thing in video games to blame all the worst parts (assuming that was the worst part) of the game on someone else?

I like the EVs, but IVs and random natures are just annoying. The problem is that it is so difficult to control it, so if you want to be competitive in terms of EVs/IVs/etc., you basically have to hatch a thousand eggs for each pokemon you want on your team. By the time I've got one good pokemon breeded, I'm tired of
