We educate the public, encourage civics, teach about climate change and the mistakes of the past. Make it politically unpalatable for either political party to do this again, make any corporation that does this a toxic pariah.

The Democrats should really stomp on this statement. Bring Texans on to say how they don’t think the government did an A+ job. Call Trump out on this.
