It's safer to let them be out in the open and mercilessly mocked all the time than keep them bottled up and festering.

Pfft. It's less effort to load up XEBRA, pop the CD in my dvd drive, and just play the game on my computer than hook up my PS1 anyway. Looks better too. :P
You do know that changing a single byte can change the text speed, right?
I don't think it's a problem. They should take as long as they like and make it as good as they can afford to — we can wait.
I only played it briefly, but I do agree that it was clearly an exception to the general decline in the quality of their games.
They had a bit of a brain drain. Many of their best talent left mid-way through last generation. Not coincidentally, the quality of their games dropped at the same time.
Fulfilling! He said it won't let me down. What a nice guy!
Those animations look really, really stiff. Showing it too soon, perhaps? Then again, I don't really think Double Helix has the best resume.
Size has nothing to do with ventilation. It's all about air flow and the heat sink design.
For some reason, bits of that trailer really gave me a NiGHTS feeling. How odd.
FO3 is somewhat unbelievable, in a way. The Capitol wasteland is way, way too empty given the amount of time that's passed since the war. NV is a lot more believable in this regard, as you see society seriously trying to rebuild out of the rubble of the old world.
Oh, I know it's more overt. I'm just saying it isn't really that much of a leap. Ghibli has done movies about the impact of war before, such as Grave of the Fireflies.
The hand interactions via the hydra are amazing. My jaw hit the floor when he was grabbing the tie and messing with the other Miku's hair.

Well, Porco Rosso had some not-so-subtle leanings toward Mussolini-lead Italy. It's not really that far out there as far as Ghibli goes.
Honestly it kind of pisses me off how heavily DRM'd up the 3DS is. I like to back up my saves manually, and this combined with the region locking was the reason that I never bought one in the first place (I was given one a few months back). Not to mention that Nintendo says it'll purposefully brick your system if it…
Honestly, I don't remember. This was during the one semester I spent at Catawba before transferring elsewhere. At the time, the school was having a lot of serious problems, from allegations of corruption to having apparently the fourth worst food amongst all universities in the US. There was actually a murder there…
Reminds me of that time when I had such an acute case of food poisoning that I could not remember my own name for three hours, much less a phone number to dial for help. Amnesia is a fun plot device, but I never want to experience it again, especially while my brain and body are not functioning properly.
Just when you think you're out, they pull you back in. :)
Hey, you're the one who started insulting me. In fact, I stayed respectful this whole time, so no need to be a jerk. If anything, you're the one who ought to filter what they're saying. It's fine if you disagree with me — I totally welcome counterarguments — but all you're doing is belittling my position and being…
