I wouldn’t mind watching a spinoff with Lawrence and seeing how his story unfolds.

I finally just caught up with everything last night, and goddamn, this line and his delivery might be the hardest I’ve ever laughed at this show. (edit: no, just recalled Erlich’s coughing fit and that’s still in the #1 slot, since it made me laugh so hard I basically had a coughing fit too.  But this was close.)

I think the reason the show has lost viewers this season is because over 11 episodes, really not much plot has actually taken place. Everything is beautifully staged and shot and acted and soundtracked, but it can get boring anyway. Season one also wasn’t plot heavy, but the confusion as to what was real and what was

Did I say “overlords”? I meant “protectors”.

I enjoyed it a lot, though I remain skeptical of Murphy. He never lacks for interesting ideas and characters at the start, but man does he struggle to do anything interesting with them sometimes. His shows can be complete messes of storylines, loose threads, and plot holes by the time they’re even in mid-season.

Also,

And now that the Expanse is off of cable, new episodes are going to be full of titties.

Shut the fuck up.

And yet Gilfoyle thought artificial intelligence was terrifying? Please.

Great points. I also loved David’s reaction scene last week, briefly shown right at the end here, where he tries to physically run away when he realizes his sister is dead. This is a childish reaction (meaning, what one might expect from a child), and exactly appropriate given what a loving, stabilizing, mothering

Oh for sure! I’ll totally be checking it out when it happens.

Really sorry, but:

It’s fun to watch you support your arguments with nothing but your own assertions in the face of actual evidence to the contrary.

This one and Reefer Madness both got swamped in the wave of the Post 9/11 Media Black Hole.

“Give it up for Quang-Yi!

It’s a Friday night, let him enjoy his drank.

If llama jokes are no longer welcomed here alpaca my bags and go.

She has the advantage of being the opposite gender to the one that has a cock in its pants.

How do you figure that the LA police “probably” tampered with the evidence? What would be their motive? At what opportunity? Throughout his career acting “white”, OJ often lauded the police and considered many officers as his personal friends. As for the trial, it’s simply a case after all that it should have been

I had to be the only black person in America who didn’t celebrate when OJ was acquitted. All I saw was a domestic abuser who finally killed his victim and that’s something too many men get away regardless of race.
