Everyone really seems to be jumping on them for having a part-time nanny, but what do you do with your kids when you’re working? You drop them off at daycare or a babysitter’s, and probably for more than 18 hours a week if both parents work full-time. Whether you’re working at the office or from home, you still need

The comments on this are really pissing me off. It’s completely sexist for people to be all up in arms that they have a maid and nanny. It’s part of the whole gendered division of labor bullshit. No one says a fucking peep if husband outsources the landscaping or goes out to get a beer twice a month and those things

Genuinely find it pretty disheartening to read the above replies to this post...

I’m a little dissapointed that most of the responses I’m seeing here are criticisms of such shallow proportions. Criticizing his kids name or his facial hair or anything else that has little to no impact on the actual content of this article bothers me. I know we love snark around here but I found this to be a really

Yeah the men would be looking around seeing the women and totally think they need protecting. Except, of course, that in the press conference they had for these women, one man who finished the training said he was gassed and was looking around for someone to help him by taking some weight from him. All the men walked

Are they cleaning under your bridge today?

I think with Penny Wong that was a straight up diss, and a well deserved one. Joe was trying to be all friendly because he straight up wanted to appear as the nice guy/not a homophobe while his party does/says really homophobic things, but (as a lesbian mother of two) Penny isn’t going to give him or anyone else in

You assume that our international organization hasn’t already infiltrated schools around the globe? Which is a correct assumption, we totally haven’t done anything like that at all.

I just looked at the one link, but it appears the “project” is only concerned with obesity in women, as I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to shrink down an obese man. Especially when men don’t live as long, in general. Surely someone’s concerned for their health, too.

Except don’t.

I mean, if ISIS wanted to win some hearts and minds....

We have an accord. I’ll make Thorin actually stick to this agreement.

If you really want to stick it to the Duggars, help the City of Fayetteville get our anti-discrimination ordinance passed. This is our second time trying to protect LGBTQ citizens. The first time around Michelle Duggar made a robocall to everyone in our city saying that trans people were child molesters waiting to

“10 titles you play more than once a month,” are you serious? Most gamers I know don’t play anywhere near that many titles in a single month - they might be putting 100 hours into ONE game, but they’re not bouncing around between different games that often. As an adult with kids and a full-time job who’s a regular, if

I missed the quotes on that at first, taking you seriously, and almost had a rage stroke.

Maybe you guys could teach him? I’ve played with few younger people earlier and they learned to behave and such. Kids take notes from older people they look up to and try to mimic their ways. Good example goes a long way.

No. It effects men, women, and teenage girls. Boys apparently are not afraid of turning their mic on, but girls are. I understand the point you’re trying to make, but it’s pretty disingenuous to pretend that this effects both sexes equally.
