Made my night!
I know those feels.
Yes, but Latin and Greek roots have a history of cohabiting in English. See also: Television.
I am forever using doucheyachts now. Thanks.
Australian. Channel 7 is an Aussie channel.
You're awful and I laughed.
Right? It seems like a complete no-brainer to me.
No, it wasn't implied. The implication came from your own mind and the popular idiom that gentleness is the same as weakness.
I know you're trolling, but gentleness =/= weakness. It's time to let that false equivalence drop.
Actually, she's mixed them around. She just described an Alpha (even though it's a bullshit term) as labelled it a Beta. Alphas know their men, it the Betas who have things to prove (and so act out in an effort to do so).
They are alpha qualities. If you consider: the alpha males don't need to prove their manliness and thus won't need to degrade women in an effort to build themselves up. It's the Betas who are always posturing like morons.
No, Dr. Rhodes. You have it backwards. The Beta males (bullshit category that it is) are actually the ones who try and pull all the macho shit because they're terrified of not appearing manly enough. They're the ones who will hinder women for the sake of appearing more manly because they're so desperate to prove…
Yup. Even just a little hint of her right at the end would have been awesome (I'd have lost my mind). I find myself disappointed.
With love from Australia:
Seconded!
Because buying a house is *totally* the same potentially dangerous and exceptionally serious medical condition as pregnancy.
If we're just making up definitions of things, I'm a golden unicorn.
I adore tattoos! Saving up for a half-thigh... Sigh. I need to be wealthier.
I'm not certain it *is* hyperbole....
