Uh, it seems they added more things since last time I checked, my bad.
It doesn't, it only haves around 8 paid DLC (which cost 1-2 dollars), and they are all cosmetic items or things you wont even need.
Magic is already on IOS...
Eh, it isn't that similar to Ace Attorney to be honest, the game doesn't rely too much on the investigation parts.

About Disgaea 4: No idea if the PSVita version will make any changes but, the PS3 version was pretty good and explained things just fine. It is also, in my opinion, the 2nd best Disgaea (with the 1st being the first Disgaea).
