I read something the other day that I haven’t been able to shake. While no Trump supporter, it is becoming worrisome that Trump doesn’t have competent people around to defend him. Particularly as the special investigator is getting closer and closer to the POTUS himself.

My daughter showed me the other day that Goofus and Gallant are dealing with things like posting personal information online.

I read the other day on Reddit about a woman that financed a puppy she bought from a mall for 5 years with 199% interest.

Example #134,202 of why post-secondary education should not include debt.

I am fully fledged carnivore that likes my burgers cooked medium-rare, at the most. I had never had a veggie burger that I found palatable, forget tasting good.

Best cheap supermarket coffee is “Wake Up” blend from Trader Joes.

The key-knife is only two bucks, so I’ve never been worried about it getting confiscated.

Years ago I started carrying a folding key-knife from Harbor Freight on my key ring instead of a pocket knife.

If a school has X percentage of kids on the free or reduced lunch program, then all kids receive free lunch regardless of the family’s income. This policy is in place specifically to destigmatize the program.

Tomatoes are super easy. We just canned 75 lbs of them on Saturday and I believe it took two of us about two, maybe three, hours to do all of them. A water bath canning set will run you about $20.

I always hear that the Cohen Brothers are going to be the only ones capable of properly documenting this era but I don’t think a single film is going to cut it.

I know its crazy talk, but I’m still not convinced we don’t have a Lady MacBeth type situation with FLOTUS.

I feel for Louisville fans because of everything they have endured over the last several years and as a Kentucky fan, I didn’t know I was capable of that level of empathy.

Years ago I made the decision that my phone is there for my convenience, not its.

I don’t know if this is feasible but I have several friends in a similar situation that finally threw their hands up and relocated to an area with a far lower cost of living. Their kids were the deciding factor in each situation. Cheaper childcare, smaller class sizes, MUCH cheaper housing, etc.

I think it is an “I am laughing to keep from crying” type of situation. While I don’t agree with it, I am sympathetic.

It started as a joke in our family to always ask each other, “Where is your towel?” but these days, we don’t venture out on any kind of trek without a towel at the ready.

There is a scene in which a bottle of Cetaphil, or rather its contents, would have been used by the prop department.

That seems like a really high number in Sioux Falls, SD.

I have another theory.
