Little ditty about Eddie and Susannah

While I agree with your assessment that there have not been any credible movies or TV shows dealing with the Cthulhu Mythos, I do have a suggestion on how this can be remedied.

I agree with most of the comments. We should stage a collective protest by showing up at theaters around the country, waving our canes at every teenager that walks by and telling them to "GET OUT OF OUR THEATER!" Back in my day (the '90's) teenagers were respectful, listened to decent music and wore appropriate

I agree that Cars was the "worst" Pixar movie but I still enjoyed the movie and found that it has gotten better on multiple viewings. Comparing Cars to only other Pixar movies isn't a fair comparison. It would be like saying that the Double-Double is a flop because it is the worst In-N-Out Burger.

Why all the Cars 2 hate in the comments? For years I thought Pixar was about to fall off their pedestal and produce a bad film, but they consistently have proven me wrong.

They are called Barrage Balloons and were used extensively during WWII. Often they were fixed with explosives in order to guarantee that the aircraft was destroyed. The were particularly effective against the V-1 during the the Battle of England.

You left out the Stupidity of Jon Peters.

Glad to see the inclusion of Wall-E and Iron Giant. These are two of my favorite films of all time AND they single handedly turned my daughter into a sci-fi fan.

OR...

I was very pleased and satisfied when cable resurrected Futurama but now I want more.

Hopefully this will start a renaissance of every movie containing the obligatory tit shot. Being a child of the 80's, I feel that my children are deprived by the lack of obligatory tits in movies.

I know I am late to the conversation but I haven't seen anyone mention the PERFECT use for e-book readers.

I mentioned above, but I am 99% sure that the dark hair and olive skin is referencing the Melungeon population in Appalachia. When Collins did her research on Appalachia, she would have invariably came across the DNA research being done.

I considered it an investment in the future when I purchased my cabin on the ridge line in the Appalachian mountains. Between Climate Change, Tsunami and other disasters, it is only a matter of time before it is beachfront property.

SPY!!! Obviously you are an alien saboteur here to spread misinformation about the coming invasion. You WANT us to think that we CAN'T win, but the TRUTH is that we WILL win.

Isn't it obvious?

This sounds interesting. But when I read the headline, I was hoping for an alternative history/fantasy show with magicians similar to those presented in Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell.
