Well you can pay $100 to turn on passive mode which in theory means no one can shoot you and you can shoot. But what has happened 50% of the time is I've essentially paid $100 to disable my own weapons yet still be allowed to shot which is just fucking fantastic lol.

There's an option called Passive Mode. They can't kill you and you can't use your gun.
