Funny thing is, I think a lot of the anger people have with this show, the show kind of agrees with them. Why can’t this be more like old Star Trek? The theme of the show seems to be the characters trying to get back to that place, even if their world now isn’t.

Crud, I read Sledgehammer while I was skimming, was hoping this was about the 1980s TV series Sledge Hammer!

Because what’s life without nitpicking, the radio drama was really more of a phenomenon starting in the 1930s.

I’m reminded of the model they used in Total Recall so he can pull the probe out of his nose.

I remember playing it at E3 before it came out and really enjoying it. But I assume its enjoyability was basically because it was a short demo.

You want to try a really weird one, Superman on NES. It’s this crazy sidescrolling RPG nightmare where everyone looks like anime Cabbage Patch kids.

This might be your answer. At least, I always thought it was.

Not a fan of government censorship. That said, if we are accounting for government censorship, this is somewhere around the equivalent of that movie The Hunt getting delayed every time there’s a mass shooting.

IMDB Trivia: The Series

We can’t let Percy Shelley die!!! But all the servants... hey, no one is really going to miss them, butterfly wings be damned.

Modern gaming, although I remember that being the small, dark, hard to see thing being the exact same thing with Oddjob in Goldeneye64

So what you’re asking is war, whoa whoa whoa whoa, what is it good for?

Now playing

Nothing new. Way back when, Jack in the Box blew up Jack.

Chevy Chase, as per usual, will be played by Joel McHale.

The thing about Hugh Laurie -- he does a really good version of what is frequently a really bad technique to sound American, gargle your words. Because then I heard Charlie Hunam doing a piss poor version of the same technique on Sons of Anarchy, and now House doesn’t sound American at all to me.

Bad writing can be saved by good timing. But good timing is hard to pull off in a game where timing is in part controlled by the player.

Sandler as the lead character in the Chris Farley biopic. Sandler is in turn played by the corpse of Chris Farley.

Replaced is kind of a weird word, too. Just because the show has been off the air for so long.

That had to be a great gig, though. I say that as someone who used to live tweet Wipeout repeats for a cable network. The episodes were so much the same, I could just pre-program the entire night and watch a movie.

When you look at Cameron’s directing record, he’s still worth taking a chance on.
