the game is in development which means the dev's probably need slower animations to check for hit boxes, frames missing, stuff like that. I am sure once its all working they'll boost it up. Still keep complaining, they might listen.

this is what it's like to play GTA. somebody gets accidentally run over, the cops gun down the person who ran the guy over then civilians are pulling out guns and shooting at the cops. next thing you know everything is exploding.

In contrast, Morrowind let the player free every slave they could, quest or no quest. At one point this led to me killing several people as I looked for a key, including (by accident) one slave. >_>
