Does the way girls dress actually affect the frequency with which horny guys treat them like whores? I've seen horny guys treat girls like whores when the girls were covered halfway up their necks.

"[G]rowing up to write questionable fan fiction about what it's like to merge with the lower half of another being."
The checkpoint complaint reminds me of Gunpoint. When you die, you can restart a second earlier, or five seconds earlier, or thirty seconds earlier . . . I liked it more than I disliked it, but I have heard some complaints that it took away from the challenge.
The analogy in this case would be hunting the zebras (profits) to extinction, when the intent was to hunt some of the zebras and let the others escape to make more zebras.
If the Simpsons is to be believed, it's got "Norman Mailer's latest claptrap about his waning libido."
This is a decent way of approaching the issue. I think there's more variety in male protagonists than female ones (has there ever been a female equivalent of Kratos?) but both male and female protagonists are negatively impacted by attempts to make games' leading characters "marketable" by making them samey.
Current? I know the segregationists were doing this in the '60s. You can probably trace it back all the way to the slavery days.
I think there was a panic in Spain about Final Fantasy VII training kids to be terrorists because Cloud is a terrorist, or something like that.
With proper supervision and appropriate safety measures, I don't object to parents teaching their children to use firearms*. The problem comes when the grown-ups aren't watching.
A lot of those weren't even in the original game—gotta show off the new content, after all.
What seems to stop them is foul language, actually. I've actually seen kids post asking whether an M-rated game has a bleep mode, because their parents won't let them play it without one.
I was referring to actual titles, but I guess that's suitably ridiculous too.
Pumpkin Scissors. Valkyrie Profile. I Me My Strawberry Eggs. One has to expect a certain amount of ridiculousness in the titles of Japanese imports. But I am not sure I'm prepared for Legends of Heroes: Trails in the Flash.
I think the really relevant one here is the news. If you're young, male*, handsome, and nihilistic, and you shoot a bunch of your schoolmates, people across the country with suits and flat accents will speculate on what drove you, and desperate young women will send you letters begging to have your babies. (Hell, even…
My problem is with reading it while it's scrolling. I read up to where it's scrolled to, wait a little, read more as it scrolls more, wait a little . . . The text just doesn't scroll fast enough for me to read at my usual pace.
Putting Mara in the genre he belongs in.
I still haven't decided whether I'll buy it if they still haven't added an option to increase the text scroll speed. On the one hand, I feel like I need to support series that aren't about killing people, since they seem to always be on the brink of cancellation (Trauma Center, we hardly knew ye.) On the other hand, I…
I'm not sure whether or not this is a spoiler, but it's what I've been predicting since LONG before this game came out. I'd put the odds on it as roughly the same that the griffin will die in The Last Guardian.
I remember when Jesu Otaku reviewed this.
