I've never really noticed a problem with it. On the rare occasion I play a console car game I just hold the trigger down. Guess it's never come up!

Dishonored did a really good job of removing the fantasy sexy aspect of video game prostitutes. Some of the things they say in random dialog made me really sad. They're obviously slaves and not happy, it's pretty heartbreaking.

If you're used to it (which I am) WASD driving is actually fine. Never had a problem with it in GTA3-4. And I would definitely take mouse aim over analog driving any day.

They do?

Great article Patricia. Loved the tone, information, pics and everything! More like this for weird PC games please!

I'm not saying he's not a racist, I'm saying punishing someone who's losing his mind and has already been removed from running the team seems a little superfluous.

I was just saying his behavior was kind of already dealt with because he was declared mentally incompetent and lost control of the team. So forcing the team to be sold is effectively punishing his wife, not him, and I'm not sure she did anything to deserve it.

The Witcher 2 was very smooth and well optimized, as long as you didn't try using ubersampling. Hopefully since this is the same engine upgraded this game will be just as smooth on lesser PCs. CDP know their core audience is Europeans with PCs, they won't make it impossible to run on older hardware.

PC's use Xbox controllers, you know. I'm sure this was on PC, as was almost everything at E3, as usual.

Why make games look as best as they can? Well... why not?

HUDs are so huge these days I feel like I would welcome the smaller size.

Yeah but if you're anything like me you're going to be replaying 2010s' games in the 2020s and you're going to be happy they look so much better in 4k on the PC, which should be super easy to run at that point.

Interesting. Wish they would port Uncharted then!

A couple puzzles are kind of dumb, but it nails the atmosphere.

It's mildly irritating to me that games which have been on GOG for years get big write-ups for appearing on Steam.

You're right that the media/press/advertising focus is a big part of the problem. Still there are more than a few scenes in their post-KotOR games that feel a little like sex puppet roulette. Irks me.

I love it when companies paint every piece of news as SO BADASS and important, even if mostly no one cares. The vast majority of Payday fans are on PC and couldn't care less about this announcement.

Published by Sony? They're on the PC.

Their focus on romances is borderline creepy in my opinion.

I have to say, the fact you always play as Arno does make this less of a big deal in my opinion. If you played as the other assassins I would expect a female choice, but if you always see Arno, it's less of a deal.
