I adopted a cat named Abraham when he was one year old.  I was going to change it because “Abraham” seemed like...a lot when I first adopted him, but he answered to it.  He knew it was his name. So he’s Abraham (sometimes “Baberaham”).

Sounds like a variation on Hostile 2.

I read the book, too and I think it’s actually making all this creepier.
