I think I saw the option for full install. It's set to 'on-the-fly' as standard. So every first race on each track will take a bit of time to load up.

It has 3 levels of car quality.. Stunning, Not bad and OMG why did you leave it in the game.
The physics and sounds are so much nicer than any GT game before.
I was just a bit disappointed when I bought the 330i as my first car and saw it was the same quality as GT4.
