The pangolin is one of my favourite animals (yes, I have a list). It's much cooler than an armadillo, though I like those little guys too.

It's a creature known only as the 'Future Predator' from Primeval. It was the first creature to come through an anomaly (time portal) from the future rather than the past. It is a descendant of bats, though it cannot fly. It's very fast moving and is probably the most commonly recurring creature in the entire series.
