The Kingkiller Chronicles are just so amazing. Rothfuss IMO is the best storyteller alive. Wise Man's Fear is good but not as well done as Name of the Wind. It's still a treat nontheless.

And ugh it won't let me edit my comment. Don't do the 360 + computer deal. You only get a 4GB 360 and adding memory on is expensive (proprietary hard drives). Just build your own PC and if your brothers want a 360 that badly, look for deals down the line on eBay and such.
