Outland's a platformer with shooting elements. Haven't played it personally but as I understand it's one of the best games on PSN. Each game I listed is under $10 BTW.

Do you have Flower or Flow yet? I'd recommend those and Outland.
I've heard good things about Terrorist Hunt. Really need to get back into Vegas (own the first one).
Exactly. I've been waiting for a bank robbery game since this gen of consoles started, and SCE looks like they're going to nail the execution. Payday may be the game I end up playing the most this fall.
Just got Borderlands GOTY for PS3. Would love to coop with some Kotakuites (I do have a mic). PSN's bmc811 and I installed all of the DLC last night if you want to run through any of that. Right now I'm rocking a lvl 13 Roland.
Hero Edition's $60 at Gamestop now. Well worth $100 though- the ingame content and the backpack are both awesome.
Can't wait for Payday. I've been needing to scratch that co-op itch, and the game looks great. I'd bite on this whole promotion thing if Sony chose some better titles though. DeathSpank's not my thing (bought the first one- it was meh IMO), and I've never been a fighting game fan. Renegade Ops and Bloodrayne look…
Did some research- he was cast like 3 months before TSN came out, but was still getting good buzz from the trailer and such. Semantics really. And I'm not saying obscure/new film IPs with little known actors don't do well (The Hangover). Action IPs just tend to either fail harder or succeed harder then other movie…
No Battlefront mentions by anyone? For shame. It will happen one day LucasArts, it will happen...
Engadget thinks it's a good buy: [www.engadget.com]
If Sony does the smart thing and markets the PSV as the CoD/Battlefield/insert other popular title here handheld to bring in the casuals, the 3DS is going to go down in flames.
I thought the system cost around $95 in parts to make? Even when factoring in labor, packaging, and the 2 GB SD card, no way should the total cost to Ninty be more then $130.
That's not too bad. I think I'll be playing the game again soon. What's your PSN? Add me: bmc811.
In my opinion, the answer is simpler than it's made out to be by the Internet. Watch the sequences where the top is shown spinning in the dream closely. It doesn't wobble at all. I also like the point that Pastaman made.
Rockstar's got so much on their plate that I wouldn't be surprised if GTA V wasn't out until the next generation.
Do more players play on the DLC maps or on the regular ones? I've wanted to go back to the game since getting a headset, but I'd rather not drop cash on the DLC.
Thanks for the tip! Downloading as I type this.
As we're in the midst of the summer drought, what's been your favorite game of 2011 Kotakuites (so far of course)? Personally, it's a tie between LA Noire and Infamous 2.
Funny thing is I'm actually looking forward to it, especially since a Vita release has been confirmed.
I wish the SP was focusing on the factions from the first game. From details found on the MP maps and such, there seems to have been a cool story that never got to be told due to the excising of SP from Warhawk. That being said, cannot wait for this. Please bring 4 player splitscreen back! That's actually the reason…
