Now that's kinda sad my friend. 2 of the year's best games are going to be PS3 only- Uncharted 3 and Infamous 2. Both are more then worthy of launch pickups.

If any sports game is a system seller, it's the Show. I'm not saying 2K screwing over fans who don't have access to a PS3 is right, but a serious baseball fan has a PS3 for the Show. I'm one of the only guys at my school who does his primary gaming on PS3. Yet, more and more of my buds are starting to buy PS3s just so…
Because I preordered and I want a code for doing so. And yes, my gamer entitlement is kicking in.
No access for preorders? Lame. I really want to get in so I can try out some of the new powers. The mission making feature is nice, but not really a selling point in my opinion. SP making some unique side missions instead of the cookie cutter ones Infamous was filled with would be.
Battle LA was great. Unknown was ok, not as good as Taken though. If you're going with your mom, see the Adjustment Bureau. Heard good things about that one.
I would love to hear her reaction.
It's being developed by Saber (TimeShift). It only has SP due to the 6 months Saber had to make the game. Here's a preview: [xboxlive.ign.com]
Saw Battle LA Friday. Pretty sick movie. It even had some brief FPS sequences and a Resistance 3 billboard, both of which I thought were nice touches. If you're a war gamer, you'll enjoy it. Don't be misled by the poor reviews, which probably were given because the movie's very pro military.
Gawker won't let me approve by thumbing up, so here ya go.
Now, if only they added co-op...
Snarky comment noted, thanks.
They'll probably have a state of the world type thing if they do imports, so don't worry about your lost save. And I think I read the power thing in the GI cover story.
Yeah, I'm selling the Hero Edition as an end of school thing to my parents. SP has been great ever since their work on PS1 with Crash. The Sly series remains one of my favorites to this day. I think that even with all of the other great games coming out, I2 will be one of the top 5 GOTY candidates (along with U3,…
I thought SP said that you would start I2 with all powers from the first game unlocked? I think the beta will answer some of these questions.
Yeah, if you're any good with a tomahawk, you will own sticks and stones. Tomahawks are only +10, but if you're bankrupting the right people, that's enough to win.
My most anticipated game is definitely Skyrim. I love the more action oriented direction Bethseda is taking and there's dragons! Second is probably Infamous 2, then Uncharted 3.
Getting psyched for Infamous 2, especially with the new create a mission feature. I do hope I get selected for the beta. Currently, I'm finishing up the side missions on my good playthrough of 1 so I can get the related trophies. If I have time, I'll finally do an evil playthrough. Speaking of which, has SP confirmed…
Infamous 2 (Hero Edition). I'll be preordering Skyrim, Uncharted 3, and the NGP after E3.
CoD4 was great. Fantastic campaign, addictive MP with very few cheap tactics. It was pretty much the definitive FPS (and still is to this day IMO). The series has gone steadily downhill since then. I'd pick up a copy. There's still plenty of people playing online and the game hasn't really aged.
They're playing sticks and stones. They have crossbows with extremely slow reload time. I doubt they could've gotten a shot off.
