Smart car. Dumb woman.
Smart car. Dumb woman.
To be fair, the original article soliciting info used “misuse” in the title.
Lakewood Mayor, Don Anderson, had issued a warning earlier this month about the high-speed trains and their proximity to cars and pedestrians. Lakewood is one of the towns that the new track travels through.
I don’t get it either!
You’ve clearly never watched the movie Independence Day.
“Fine” in that the engine runs, sure. The engine is NOT running optimally on 87. I also spent years eating junk food in college and I felt “fine” then too...
Hi, person I know!
Comparing used and new cars isn’t really valid in most cases.
“Highly maneuverable and light weight” are absolutely NOT words I would use yo describe a 3700 lb Mustang in comparison to the 2800 lb BRZ. Are you talking about a different kind of Mustang I don’t know about, or are you just someone who thinks 900 lb is negligible, and that both cars handle “roughly the same?”
“Sports cars may be spartan or luxurious, but high maneuverability and light weight are requisite. Sports cars are usually aerodynamically shaped (since the 1950s), and have a low center of gravity compared to standard models. Steering and suspension are typically designed for precise control at high speeds.”
Actually no, they aren’t. The Sports Car definition still holds true today...
You’re right. There are so many other light-weight sports cars these days... wait... no there aren’t!
Pretty sure that Lexus comparison was meant to be tongue-in-cheek...
Not sure what is so desperate about fitting the exact same tech into the Toyota 86 that the BRZ has had for years.
And the Mustang isn’t really targeted at the same demographic as the Twins. Even the latest Mustang GT is nearly 1,000 lb heavier than the Twins, lol.
The comparison to a Lexus was tongue-in-cheek, lol.
TL;DR, Toyota is now offering a trim level for the 86 that is on par with what the BRZ always had with the Limited.
Unfortunately not :(
Last year. Still hoping we are just getting a late start to our 20 feet of snow!!!
This is my Chicago-based winter daily.
I hightly doubt they are embarrassed to have a woman in the role. Unless you think everyone who works on The Grand Tour is sexist...?
I feel as though your definition of the word “fine” differs from most folks’, lol.
