The photo is merely so that I have a record of the plate number so that I can file a police report of a hit and run. At no point would the photo itself be used as proof of anything. Easier to take a photo than write the plate number down.

If you key anyone’s car, you, sir, are an asshole.

Then that kid is stupid!

If they had to respond to an emergency, then they should have parked in such a manner as to make easy egress possible. What if someone else had already been parked there, and they parked that way. Then they would be blocking someone else, and the same could be said of them.

And I definitely considered that they might

By that logic then, it doesn’t hurt me either, as the comment I was responding to claimed. Good enough for me!

Thanks!

That’s a good point. I completely didn’t see the flames, lol. I’m blind, apparently.

Yeah... not sure why they thought it was a good idea to move. It’s not like they were going to free up that lane of travel or anything anyway...

Whether or not they would have room to pull forward was dependent on how close the car in front of them happened to be when they came out.

And you make it sound as though you think I do this every day. Of course I have better things to do with my time, but once every few months, when I saw a particularly egregious

All the photo does is prove that I am properly parked within my space. I did the best I could to mitigate any damage to my car by not going over the line on the other side :)

Hence why I did it with my old Outback, but not with my new BRZ ;)
And I always took a photo so I had a plate number if they really screwed my car up.

You need to do what I used to do with my old Outback. Box them in with your wheel cut so it’s literally almost impossible for them to actually get out no matter what door they use to get into the car, lol.

Morgan Freeman is not amused...

Weight has very little to do with top speed. Good aerodynamics has EVERYTHING to do with top speed. The Land Cruiser has plenty of the former, and none of the latter.

This would have been a cool video, but you way oversold it with the article title and description, so instead it was just disappointing.

My BRZ does fine up here in snowy Chicago!

The big risk is driving the car at 10/10ths.

I’m from the Flemington/Readington/Annandale area.

Not really, but a bullbar looks pretty silly on a Camry or a Beetle, lol. I suspect in the “Outback,” a much larger percentage of your vehicles are larger SUVs and trucks that look good with such equipment?

Way too many people taking your comment seriously, lol.

It took me 10 years to hit my first deer in NJ ;)
