It’s all good. There’s just a lot of misinformation being spread in these comments, which annoys me!

Did you even read what you just posted? Note the second bullet point:

Here’s my blog post about the setup I have:

Your statement implied that the driver of the BRZ did something against the law. You said, “there were clearly two lanes at the time of passing,” as if that meant he was doing something he wasn’t supposed to do.

Sorry, I’m just tired of seeing all of the uneducated comments in here from people who are quick to bash the

It isn’t illegal in NY, which is where this accident occurred. It is explicitly stated in their laws that it is legal on multi-lane roadways so long as there is no signage dictating otherwise.

Cool story, but you’re making assumptions. The laws in NY state are different than your assumptions...

Apparently it was his second DUI.

This occurred in NY. I looked up the NY passing laws yesterday when it was posted to the FR-S/BRZ Facebook group, and passing on the right is explicitly allowed unless there is signage on the road indicating otherwise.

Actually, in NY it is not illegal. It is explicitly allowed unless there is signage on the road indicating otherwise. I looked it up when this video was originally posted in the FR-S/BRZ Facebook group yesterday, lol.

It’s just SO hilarious when that Camry understeers into the guardrail.

To be completely fair, passing on the right isn’t against the law... unlike fleeing the scene of an accident ;)

I’ve got one!

My family all went over to visit some friends who lived about 30 minutes away. What was supposed to be just an afternoon get-together with some BBQ dinner wound up turning into a leaving-at-2-AM affair for no reason other than that I spent the ENTIRE time re-wiring their entire media room, which was a

Yup!

It makes sense due to the cost of repairs, but it’s always funny when you stop to think about it. The OEM builds the ENTIRE car, ships it out to a dealership, and sells it for a profit, but repairing two or three broken/damaged parts at your local shop can wind up costing more than the entire car is worth.

Poor guys are trying to film the car “in traffic” and this guy is tailing it, with his camera phone out the window filming, ruining all their shots, lol.

If this is true, I’m sure everyone will go batshit crazy and complain, but honestly, I wouldn’t mind it. I HATE having air blowing directly on me. Especially since I wear contacts. In my car, I aim the central vents up slightly, and down the center of the car between the front seats, and I aim the side vents up along

The gas gauge in your car already lies to you. AFAIK, most manufacturers intentionally skew the way the gauge reads. It isn’t your imagination that causes the gauge to move slowly through the first half tank, and then plummet through the second half. The way that gauge moves is a result of research done by OEMs, where

I think the red mist got to him...

I just see a guy riding like a fucking moron.

You mean, “indefinitely.”
