You could have just said that Otter’s mom was in the movie and we would have filled in the rest.

Lol, I never said that fucktard. I’m not blaming the rider what the idiot driver did. I’m calling him stupid for doing illegal shit we riding dirty with no license.
Not to beat on someone that’s already down, but WTF. The rider was an idiot. Don’t do illegal shit will riding illegally.
I’m guessing they pay their staff well so that the staff is not inclined to sell pictures/gossip to tabloids to make ends meet.
Are... most of them “titans of late night tv”? Conan and Kimmel, sure... Fallon and Meyers, I guess. The rest of them? Nah.
Because she’s not a titan of late night TV. Just look at the recent video about how many people in #1 market NYC can’t identify Chris Pratt. Now how many Americans in total do you think can identify Samantha Bee? Her show hasn’t started, it’s on after Conan in a spot where multiple shows have failed, it’s just absurd…
What is the tone of this even? Are there beauty standards in our society (and every society ever) that are hard to fulfill, maintain, achieve and negatively effect people and should be explored, discussed and parsed through? Absolutely.
Yep, that jumped out at me. Well, that, and the fact that she went to an unlicensed ‘surgeon’ and seems quite surprised this did not work out well.
I so want to feel bad for her and I do feel bad for her pain and the mess of her life, but it really is hard to not end that with, “...but she did this to herself.”
Jeez, isn’t there ever a happy ending to these stories about black-market butt injections?
What goes around comes around? She was a criminal who got addicted to her own product? I’m confused where the empathy is supposed to come in.
Butt hurt. For real.
Yeah, I’m uncomfortable with the tone of this article. It’s drawn in such a way as to cast the subject as the victim and elicit sympathy from the reader. Which would be fine if it was one element along with an exploration of her culpability, but to then throw in this at the end —
I don’t know how much of a “victim” this woman is. She was a successful model, she was smart enough to know the risks and probably had enough money to pay for legal plastic surgery.
“The injections turned out to be infection-inducing substances that Cruz-Dilworth sealed with liquid adhesives such as Krazy Glue, prosecutor’s alleged. Six women were hospitalized and one required multiple surgeries.”
Yeah, I think that’s the bottom line. That Utley crossed the line is one thing. But then the umpires didn’t even enforce the game’s rules.
I can respect a regular takeout slide. Utley was even with the base before he even hit the deck and on top of that, he never touched the bag. This is some BULLSHIT.
You can take the Chase Utley out of Philadelphia, but you can’t take the Philadelphia out of Chase Utley. Seriously, fuck this guy.
That’s a straight up tackle with intent to injure.
I have it on, so that if my replies are stupidly terse, it means I’m out doing something and I’ll reply in a more substantial manner when I’m in front of a computer and unoccupied apart from reading Deadspin.
