Edwards plead guilty. There may have been (I’m speculating) other charges but the court decided to drop them in favor of a guilty plea for the one charge. Costs the taxpayers less money to move things along quicker and Edwards (who is guilty as fuck) serves less jail time.

McDonalds has the ability to pay out a lot more money than this Edwards guy. The judge could have ordered Edwards to pay out eleventy billion dollars but there wouldn’t have been the ability to collect. If the restaurant is owned by the family, not by Edwards, it’s more complicated to seize that as an asset. Hopefully…

Might want to look into that lawsuit. It was more horrific than Mcdonalds legal team said, and unfortunately, they were able to use their money and power to make people believe if was a frivolous lawsuit.

If you recline more than half way during daylight hours you are a monster. I actually pack so I can put my hand luggage under the seat in front of me to keep it handy (I knit during long flights), and if someone reclines all the way I can’t get to my stuff without banging the seat.
