Given the date appears to be correct, they prob last set it at night not realizing it’s on 24h format.
I thought it was Rick Bayless.
No BMW tech has ever said “we ain’t found shit” when fine-tooth combing for things to replace.
Least they could do is provide you a caffeinated beverages and pastries at your leisure given how widely you spread your wallet and ass for them.
Wow. I was unaware that the battery in an EV/hybrid is subject to 10/150k(!!!) powertrain coverage.
He’s prob bent over every time he steps into the service department, literally.
“Every time I bring my car in” sounds like you have a relationship with a service advisor who gives you free estimates as a courtesy because you’re a mark.
Dealers charge for diagnosis and estimates. He didn’t waste their time.
Most laughable is the bit about long-term battery health as if Audi gives a fuck about reliability outside of their warranty.
Nice color-matched headstock, btw. Is that a candy apple red Jazz Bass?
Not the least of which is I want to the nearly 30y/o mechanism in working order, so I’d rather it only extend when needed. The mast is $70 should it get damaged, and the gears in Hirschmann antennas can strip. Keeping the mechanism lubed can definitely help, but should something happen I’d perfer the ability to keep…
Other than cost, cellular was great.
That doesn’t help. The complaint is that the antenna is always extended when the stereo is on indiscriminate of source. I don’t want it up when I’m listening to music on my phone.
What sucks about this is that modern aftermarket headunits no longer have radio antenna logic so that the antenna lead only sends 12V when the radio is the selected source. So if you do have an older car with a telescoping antenna, the damn thing extends anytime the stereo is turned on unless you wire an inline switch.
This god damned nonsense from the article.
R32 drag car?
Sounds like their good cop/bad cop ploy went wrong.
