I love a Moog as much as the next guy, but software has just gotten too good and cheap to justify that kind of money. I do miss having actual hardware under my hands, and this gives me some wicked gear lust, but I just don't think I'll ever go back to hardware synths.

I'm an audio professional and I'm not laughing my ass off. The earpods are a huge improvement (fit-wise) over the originals that millions of people will likely use, and Airplay has seriously changed the process of listening to music for a lot of people. These are consumer products, not pro audio.
