@Sarcasmancer: Phoenix doesn't really come across as someone who can put up a fight anyway. He gets knocked unconscious in all three of his games. (They never made it clear how badly he was roughed up by the hit and run in Apollo Justice.)
The solution to this problem is really simple. Instead of tying the hit box to the objection text, tie it into the speech balloon that appears behind objection.
@omgwtflolbbl: The civilian exploit is a glitch that causes the character model to become stuck. They can still move around in this state, so it tends to be a bit distracting.

@Kitsune Sniper: They probably took the animation out since it was meant to show when you can backstab. Obviously you can't do that while cloaked. All it really does is make it a little harder for cloaked spies to discover enemy spies.
There was one additional part of the update that wasn't mentioned. Classes now have a misc equipment slot. I wonder if this will be for another costume piece or possibly some new weapons.
