Yeah, East Midlands is pretty pasty white as far as the eye can see. I’ve seen cops trolling around lower income areas (council housing, etc.) but it’s pretty much a New Labour/UKIP stronghold. Nothing particularly multi-racial, and I think that’s part of the problem.
