I read this and it just felt really cheesy and, as you say, full of cliches. It was a pretty crap read, all in all.

I find it very hard to reconcile that DCCU and DCAU are both from the same company. You have one arm that pumps out sheer WTFuckery on a near constant basis and another that delivers (mostly) awesome cartoons and movies. I’m so conflicted.
