To be fair, he’s a grown-ass idiot whose job is to swim while people watch him. I’m picturing a swimming version of Zoolander.

Ugh, it was like reading a god damned eulogy... Now you’ll have to excuse me, I’ve got something in my eye.

It’s a version of the crude piece of paper with “new driver” written on it taped to the rear window, except it for people who have been driving for years and still suck at it.

If the engine doesn’t kick in, it’s basically just an electric car.

If you wait until the very end you are basically forced to stop or cut someone off, resulting in chain reaction of braking and a massive traffic jam. As soon as cars come to a stop, the distances between them disappear, preventing further merging from the ending lane.

Yes, the gif at the top of the article would be what should happen and isn’t what people have explained as a “zipper merge”.

I’m a little surprised that they need commitment to buy, I guess everyone but Tesla burnt them on the last go around.

Don’t forget the Campagna T-Rex... 160 HP for $57000 (CAD).

There are more Elios in the US than Dacias.

I would spend $7000 on a powered trike waaaayyyy before I spend $4000 on a bicycle.

So everyone should commute in 5000 lb SUV/Trucks because that one time 3 years ago you went out to lunch and 2 other people rode in your car?

Interesting. So maybe a bike company can start building cars in Canada if GM pulls out.

That picture of a BMW more closely resembles a Corolla than a Tesla.

Mazda definitely needs to put that engine elsewhere. The 6 would be a good choice, the 3 would be really hot. A less torquey/more revvy version would be good for the miata too.

Whether it’s common or not, it should still raise a flag when an object directly in the path of the vehicle ceases to be there.

Normal if you want to turn your Tesla into a convertible.

Or even a “hey, there was a car just here and now it’s completely vanished, WTF” in the program.

Dude, you’re gonna get fired from Nissan for breaching confidentiality!

Exactly what I thought too.

I think it would be worth the MPG hit to take them off (for city driving anyways).
