Freedom of speech is hugely important, and doubly so when it comes to bad people. You -want- to know what they believe.

So no one is going to pay them ;)

It’s good progress. I won’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good on this one. This technology will eventually help cut down some gun death numbers: good! It’s the vape vs cigarette situation: I’d much rather people vape than use cigarettes, but of course fewer people would die if they did neigher.

If NPR only receives 1% of funding from the government (and I believe them), I’d actually recommend they stop doing so.

People keep saying this, but other than an occasional brainstorming session, the in office experience seems mostly to consist of annoyances, interruptions, and people stressed about commutes. I fail to see the benefits.

I think part of the charm is someone from one culture attempting things from another. It’s a very peculiarly American thing to be offended about one person trying something outside of their own experience. Oddly, I think most Americans would argue that is exactly the point of America, but many people today certainly

Come on now, nothing beats Brother Justin.

The Warrens were such incredible frauds, it is really hard to see them glorified in these films. I mean they were the most literal hucksters, making a career out of BSing people and just straight up lying. Honestly wouldn’t want to see them featured in anything.

But what if they are a slightly tanned person? Is it still colonialism then?

Exactly this. Why give away 2 hours of your day to driving or commuting? How about this: work from home and give 1 of those hours to your company. Everyone wins.

Hey there, the 1800s just called and they want your opinion back.

Work from home is the best thing that’s happened to workers since weekends.
