FIFA 11v11 is great and it’s shit all at the same time. My first game in(as a relatively inexperienced futbol guy) a free kick from just outside the box fell to me for some reason. I bent a perfect warm one in there and another human player headed it home. A wave of “nice fucking kick!” compliments came in. I got

For an added bonus, watch this movie with whatever anti-motion blur setting that is included in your TV’s menus. For reasons that are beyond my knowledge at the moment, it’ll make the whole thing look like a home movie. They call it the soap opera effect. The scene in the hospital near the end is out of control.

My sister has devolved from a kind and gentle 20 year old into a gun-loving, god-fearing, right-wing nutjob in her 40s. Two decades of listening to Rush and Glenn and now she has one of those gun mounts that you mount to the side of your bed. It’s a learned behavior for so many folks. They made her into an ally when

Limped my Saab 92-x into a Volvo dealership with a flat tire to check out a used Infiniti on the lot. Nevermind that I was looking at an Infiniti and driving a Subaru...the salesman sent me to the garage where all the techs mumbled something about “ahhh...the Saabaru,” then proceeded to fix my flat for free and give

I would also add that on the Sonata, there is a Pandora app built in to Hyundai’s head unit, and the whole system lets you bounce back and forth between AA and the Hyundai interface while keeping audio streaming going. So it is entirely possible to stream Pandora via the Hyundai UI, then kick over to AA for

Just made a trip out to the local U Pull It yard yesterday.

I’m in the same boat right now, but more towards the 10k vs 20k dilemma. Do I get a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium AWD for $22k? Or do I get like a used Focus for like $10-15k, then buy an old Wrangler or something for the winter? I’d love to see more of these types of reviews.

3-way tie between US special, Bolivia special, and South Africa special. Buddies out on an adventure, faced with a mission, significant dangers, and limited resources.

Or go with the 9-2x. Saab on the front-end, all Subaru WRX after that. I’ve driven one for 5 years now and love it.

I think Shadow07’s argument isn’t about where your eyeballs are. It’s about where your hands need to go. A windshield mounted phone may be literally only a few inches away from where an in-dash AA/CP system would live.

About 20 years old, on my way to my uncles place on a country road one summer, decided to see what my ‘89 Beretta could do. At 105 mph the entire tread came off my front left wheel. I had my arm hanging out the window. The thing grazed my arm, but luckily I wasn’t hurt other than a few minor scrapes. Lesson learned.

I’m sure you’re not alone, but I am looking forward to AA. Agree to disagree. At least for the time being it appears that AA/CP will be suplimental to the factory infotainment system, which means you won’t be forced to use either.

The UX decisions made when designing a cellphone interface do not directly align with the decisions made when designing an interface for the car. I work with UX on a daily basis. The subtlest of details make or break this sort of experience. Button placement. Button size. Menu navigation. Icon choice. Workflow. I’m

Car companies that signed on to offer both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay:

Right. You must have an Android or iPhone to make these systems work. Who has an Android or iPhone? Over 96% of all smartphone users. That’s more Android/iOS users than drivers.

One man is a technophobe. Shut it down. Shut it all down.

Android Auto/Carplay means you will never have to pay hundreds to upgrade your nav maps at the dealership. It means you’ll never be stuck with the crappy 1 or 2 apps that came with the factory system, or SOL when the “Hyundai app store” gets mothballed. It means you’ll have all your POIs right at your fingertips. It
