Best looking thing about recent BMWs are the wheels

Are they just caps on the nuts or are you meant to use a tiny, like 8mm, socket to get them off?

It's a Porsche generated image, of the 911 GT3 RS 4.0. But you never can tell with Porsche. Their photos often resemble renders. The latest GT3 being a case in point. these are meant to be photos rather than renders but look a bit too clinical - http://www.speedmonkey.co.uk/2013/03/2013Po…

Until he got too old and infirm to drive Prince Phillip kept a black cab at Buckingham Palace so he could drive himself through the London traffic unrecognised, and use the taxi routes to save time.

Don't agree. I fairly intensely dislike white cars. Back in the 70s and 80s a white car on a dealers forecourt was know as the 'death colour' because it'd sit, unloved and unsold.

Frank Stephenson is certainly a candidate. He's a car designer and has penned some of the most interesting and influential cars of modern times. Original BMW Mini, Fiat 500, McLaren MP4 12C, Ferrari F430 are all cars he designed.

Well done for educating the US on the sport of gentlemen, F1. My favourite gentlemanly move was when Michael Schumacher drove straight into Damon Hill to win the 1994 title

Yep. Shhh. At the end of the year we can say 'I thought he was shit all along'

There are some anonybots in F1 at the moment. Romain Smiley-Simpleton seems to do nothing except crash into the entire grid every now and again. Plus, Perez is secretly shit

Phew. Support. Well done that man

Thank you. Took it 2 weeks ago at the Goodwood factory. And this, Wraith interior

A classy Holden Commodore!! Wash your mouth out. This is a Jaguar, not a GM. A far higher breed. I've driven the XFR and XKR-S. The XFR-S will sound monumental, and it'll try and kill you. The XFR is the most unrestrained oversteering death machine I've ever driven. Absolutely loved it

You want to see a photo of a Ghost's chassis being mated with its drivetrain? OK I can do that

Top Gear drops Saab on roof. Doesn't go flat. Stays Saab shaped. Don't think this is embed code as doing this on phone

In the UK the only strobe lights are operated by chaps wearing leather trousers, open necked shirts with a chest wig and a gold medallion - mobile DJs. Not sure what they're called on trucks

What's with the strobe light switch? Does he run some some kind of mobile disco or is he just a bastard who goes round flushing out epileptics?

What, you want a photo of my local Saab guy's Saab 900 that he's turned into a van and uses to ferry Saab parts to and fro so he can rebuild old Saabs and keep them on the road forever? Yeah, OK I can do that.

If I were to get really anal about this then in Schumi's boot would be Mika Hakkinen, Damon Hill and Jacques Villeneuve who beat him to championships WHEN HE WAS ANY GOOD. And then there's Rosberg who whupped him in the same car last year.

Happily for this discussion I kept a copy of Lewis' tweets when he thought Jenson Button had 'unfollowed' him. Dunno if you say this in the US but he threw his toys out of the pram when that happened
