Is this really how companies check references and resumes? By watching the ending credits on youtube for 30 minutes to see if someone with the same name appears?

The surprising news would be if a union conducted a survey of a workplace and the results were “everything is great here, no room for improvement.” I’d be curious how many of these employees at Paradox are already union members.
