Whenever I go out to buy a game, I will always try to buy a new copy. Used copies rarely come with things like Online Access Codes and stuff like that, so there's reason one.

I'd say the network is worse as it effects everyone who has a PS3 and plays online. Not to mention the PS3 also has the ''Yellow Light of Death'' and official patches that break consoles. Yeah, RRoD was a problem, and I had it once in my entire 5 years of owning the console.
