When I worked in California, my deductible was $1800, and my max out of pocket was $7500. I have friends that are still working out there with similar shitty insurance. Since moving back to the East Coast, I’m back to “normal” insurance with a 500 deductible and 1500 max out of pocket. Paying the same amount of $$.

My son has special needs, and I live in the middle of the woods. There are like, 2 daycares out here and they either NEVER return phone calls, or have a waitlist a mile long. My family does not live close by and I’m pretty stuck.

I only read the first book - it was awful. I kept waiting for something cool/dark/interesting/gory to happen and was so so bored. They spend an eternity discussing their love - if they were real, they are the over the top couple that everyone avoids hanging out with because blech.
