I’ve always said the one feature that should be in any new ports of old RPGs is a journal that keeps track of what you’ve done and very vaugely hints at where you should be going if it’s not obvious. Preferably with a cutscene viewer.

Yeah, as much as I adore FFV (it’s easily one of my favorites in the series, thanks to the job system), it had some definite issues with “where the hell am I supposed to go.”

So what? The first chapters of MGS2 and 3 were about an hour or two long. The second chapters of both were much bigger. What makes you assume that Chapter 2 of MGSV was ever going to be anywhere near the size of Chapter 1? Do you seriously think there was going to be 200 hours worth of missions and side missions in it?
