that's his point, if they move to integrated RAM you have to do it through Apple.

That was my thought exactly. I think a rough translation into business speak would be:

A cannonball without a cannon is just a shotput. Should've just said he was flying to the all-state track meet.

I came here to say "Harmonica"

that doesn't exist here.

Unfortunately Market Enabler hasn't worked for me with the latest version of the market, it still knows I'm on CMCC like it's checking the SIM card directly rather than the build.prop

never was there a more appropriate use of the word "amok":

or maybe using a technology that a planet full of idiots can learn how to hack in 20 minutes in your Credit Card is stupid.

I agree, here in China I pay 180RMB/month for .5 down / .25 up - I cancelled all paid streaming/downloading/backup services that I used to subscribe to (netflix, crashplan, zinio) because I can't get the content any more.

the whole point of being a good chef is knowing that there aren't really rules to food. It's an art. And if you wanted to get technical then they'd just call this "Pizza Napoleon" or "Deconstructed Pizza" and then it would be technically correct (a la the rules).

Which is exactly what I said. Instead of bringing back more unskilled labor jobs to employ unskilled laborers we should train them in a skill and give them a good job that already exists (as you say) in the US.

the original Divx (not the coded, the actual discs) system was to buy a DVD for $1 and it would physically get tagged and after 4 used the disc would destroy itself, e.g. corrupt itself. Of course people figured out how to rip them on the first use and they went out of business...

My friend just showed me like 2 weeks ago how to kill a CD in the microwave, I couldn't believe I'd never seen that before. it was freaking awesome, though I was worried about time travel...

Yeah, they should have gone with "Moe's Family Feedbag"

Manufacturing jobs, even "high-tech" ones are low skill, low paying jobs. At best we open some more factories that pay people minimum wage. The whole reason for the outsourcing is because companies (Apple for example) don't way to setup shop and have to pay union wages to unskilled laborers, health care, retirement,

the shoulder buttons are what got me too. The Neo-Geo only had 4 buttons

Marge: "See Lisa, this is what we mean when we say 'you're too smart for your own good'".

My wife and I just use a shared lastpass account - it has all of our accounts (separate and shared) stored in it. Not only is it convenient for when I need to change a shared password, it's useful in case of emergency.
