I agree, here in China I pay 180RMB/month for .5 down / .25 up - I cancelled all paid streaming/downloading/backup services that I used to subscribe to (netflix, crashplan, zinio) because I can't get the content any more.

Manufacturing jobs, even "high-tech" ones are low skill, low paying jobs. At best we open some more factories that pay people minimum wage. The whole reason for the outsourcing is because companies (Apple for example) don't way to setup shop and have to pay union wages to unskilled laborers, health care, retirement,…

My wife and I just use a shared lastpass account - it has all of our accounts (separate and shared) stored in it. Not only is it convenient for when I need to change a shared password, it's useful in case of emergency.
