Except the catch there is that it seems preachy for the US and other nations that trashed the environment 100 years ago and are now living luxurious (by contrast) lives to tell other nations NOT to do the same thing because now they care about the environment.

We're a 1:1 laptop school from 6th-12th grade - all MacBook, and Apple came to us last year and wanted us to go 1:1 iPads in the elementary (K-5). We did a 30 day pilot in a 1st, 3rd, and 5th grade class and came away disappointed.
number 3 drives me up a farking wall. I enter a bunch of calendar events on iCal and fill in the information and then some hours later (after a "sync") all I'm left with is the events that say "Untitled Event" and have no details.
It doesn't start for another week true but there have been increasing amounts of fireworks on a nightly basis for the last few days in my apartment complex, and I just saw the first fireworks stands opened up yesterday

it's like the government here (China) doesn't give a piss what a foreign company wants, they're not going to help. So if a foreign company wants to come in and navigate their way through the nightmare of a legal system to sue some nobody game developer and get a handful of dollars it's entirely up to them.
